Find out more about GBRTT. The Great British Railways Transition Team (GBRTT) is led by Andrew Haines OBE. We are working on behalf of the government to create a new organisation that will bring together decisions about track and train, provide accountable leadership and lead the railway forward.
The Great British Railways Transition Team (GBRTT) responded in December 2021 by launching a call for evidence to help inform the development of a long term strategy for the railway, setting the strategic context and key priorities for the sector.
