OUR STORY. "Ciclops Cyderi (later to become 'and Brewery') started in 2014, at our home, in Lyman, SC for my wife Cindy (The Ciclops, you know, Cindy with one 'i'...in her name.) I never really got the chance to be a homebrewer. In April of 2014, I brewed my first successful cider, by the summer my first beer.
