The Naval Aviation Monument in Virginia Beach is inside the Naval Aviation Monument Park. This monument was officially dedicated in 2006, by the Hampton Roads Squadron of the Naval Aviation Foundation Association. The park also features other hero statuary.
The Naval Aviation Monument Park on the oceanfront in Virginia Beach (25th Street and Atlantic) is a beautiful memorial that pays tribute and honors aviators, past and present. Stately and clean, this monument park is one of the best we've ever seen. The Norwegian Lady statue also stands in front the monument park, overlooking the ocean.
