We process meats in-house. Our smokehouse, sausage kitchen, and prep room are state licensed and inspected. We have meats on display and custom cuts to order. We dry-age meat for 28 days. We will cook any cut of meat for you, including turkeys, pigs and steamboat rounds. Allow three days notice for whole pigs and steamboat rounds. You name it, we'll do it. Don't forget that we also cook any roast you like and we can have it hot, sliced and trayed for you to pick up on your way home from the office.
