   Top ways to experience nearby attractions. We discovered Bannister Park in Fair Oaks and we are glad we did. The parking lot is small and not for river access. There is a bike, walking path, outdoor exercise equipment, hiking path and on the day we went, goats. The park is well maintained and clean.

Parking can fill up quickly, especially on nice weekend days so its best to arrive as early as possible or towards the end of the day.
