Conveniently located in Osseo, just north of I-694 on Highway 169, there is virtually no bad seat in the place! The only possible exceptions - a couple of end row seats on the far side of the theatre - may offer some a partially obstructed view of the stage.

Yellow Tree Theatre is literally a hidden gem. Nestled within a strip mall less than a mile from Hwy 169, the 120 seat venue has created a unique space for entertaining theatre goers both before and after the show.
