The people there are competent, intelligent and very friendly. Management pushes for rapid introduction of complex products which can be quite challenging.

Cons. - Arbitrary and amateur management at all levels - Culture of constant complaining - No Bonus and employee appreciation is non-existent - HR is one-sided and mute (they exist to solve problems from management's perspective and not yours) - Technology and practices are very, very out-dated.
