   Is dope a good movie?

   • It’s a movie about a geeky teenager living in the Los Angeles hood, and something about it, or rather everything about it, feels real. The good certainly outweighs the uneven. Dope is both intelligent and crowd-pleasing. I had no expectation whatsoever with this movie. It was there, had good review, so I thought I'd give it a try.
