Singer Dorothy (Dale Evans) decides to sell a Utah ranch she inherited long ago to finance a musical that could be her big break. Ranch hand Roy (Roy Rogers) deceives her into thinking a decrepit house is hers, though it's actually owned by his coworker, Gabby (George "Gabby" Hayes). As they fall for each other, Roy convinces Dorothy not to get rid of the ranch. But when she learns of Roy's trickery, an angry Dorothy sells the land to villainous Ben (Grant Withers). Wikipedia
