May 3, 2024 · Pennington County Housing and Redevelopment Commission was founded in 1971 and consists of Federally Assisted Housing Programs under HUD (Housing and Urban Development). These programs consist of Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8, VASH, FYI), Public Housing, and Affordable Housing in Pennington County, Fall River County, and the City of Martin.
