Veronica (Vanessa Machado) wasn't always a bitter stripper with a chip on her shoulder. Just two years ago, she was a hopeful young mother with a beautiful baby girl. But after her daughter was snatched from her at an airport in Rio de Janeiro, she turned to pole dancing to support herself. It's a grueling life, though, and Veronica wants out. So she joins forces with a crew of bank robbers, who have loads of ambition -- and a sharp sleuth (Joaquim de Almeida) hot on their trail.
