The script and idea are great, this film simply needed a better budget. Rated 2.5/5 Stars • Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Devin O Slightly dated but stupid fun.

Dollman then faces down a New York gang which he tears through. Honestly this one is a ton of fun if you can look past the cheap camera gimmicks where those creating the film tried to make Thomerson look tiny. The early 90's shots of the side of New York that's portrayed is also neat as the film does…
