May 4, 2020 · Step 1 Clean and boil the bheja or brian. Wash the brain with normal water first and then boil it in 1 cup of water and add turmeric and 1 pinch of salt in it. Step 2 Prepare the masala mix. Heat some oil in a pan and add in the finely chopped onions to it. Once the onions cook and turn golden brown, add in the masalas and stir everything well.
