THE BABYSITTERS is a reprehensible movie about a shy 17-year-old high school senior, Shirley who starts a prostitute ring among her friends to “service” the fathers of the children for whom they babysit. Shirley is attracted to Michael, a father who drives her home after babysitting.

5/10. Misguided & Confused. gentrypemberton 20 April 2012. This movie is both entertaining and highly unsatisfying; as unsure of itself as the teenage girls it depicts. There does not seem to be an overall direction and there is little in terms of a climax.
