Lora Hart manages to land a job in a hospital as a trainee nurse. Upon completion of her training she goes to work as a night nurse for two small children who seem to be very sick, though something much more sinister is going on.
Newly certified nurse Lora Hart (Barbara Stanwyck) takes a job as a night nurse looking after two ailing children. It quickly becomes apparent that there's nothing natural about their sickness and Lora finds herself racing against time to unravel the conspiracy and save the kids lives.
