Synopsis. College student Tad rehearses the Kappa Psi Delta fraternity band at Rawley University, because they have been hired to play a sorority party honoring prep school rowing champion Bob Terry. When fraternity brother Buck brings news that Bob has been drafted into the Army and will not be attending Rawley, Tad and his friend, Frankie, panic.
