- Infected makes a pretty good first impression, and the quick mission structure makes it really well suited for the handheld format. But once that first impression wears off, it becomes apparent that there's not a terrible amount of depth to the game.

The Infected is a survival crafting game set in an open world sandbox. Build your base defend and protect yourself from wildlife and infected Vambies. (Hybrid Vampire-Zombie)
The virus was more severe than anticipated, but treatment was looking promising. The latest drug trial seemed to work, with many getting better and fatality rates dropping. But everything changed. Mutations appeared in DNA, and unexpected side effects are piling up, changing people. Locals call them Vambies; they look like a mix between a vampire and zombie.

We are a small team working hard to get The Infected out into the world, but it's important to mention that many features we're planning aren't there yet. So only support this game if you are willing to bear with us and believe in what we're trying to accomplish. Yes, if you like zombies and a bit of intrigue. The basic ingredients are blended well into a cogent and interesting plot. In the manner of World War Z, the infected in this movie are infected with a virus that causes them to rage with violence, attacking the uninfected and basically beating (rather than eating) them to death.
