Obese teen misfit Junior Brown (Martin Villafana) is a whiz on the piano but is blocked from following his musical aspirations by his controlling mother, Mrs. Brown (Lynn Whitfield), and his selfish piano teacher, Miss Peebs (Margot Kidder), who is stifling his development.
