Dirty Pretty Things is a 2002 British social thriller film directed by Stephen Frears and written by Steven Knight. Okwe and Senay are illegal Nigerian and Turkish workers at a posh London hotel who face moral dilemmas and threats of deportation. The film, directed by Stephen Frears and starring Chiwetel Ejiofor and Audrey Tautou, was nominated for an Oscar and received critical acclaim.
