The Gem Theatre in Detroit houses a two level theatre with traditional row and aisle seating and intimate stage-level seating at cabaret tables. It shares a lobby with the cabaret style Century Theatre. The theatre has stylings of Spanish Revival architecture. The structure was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
