Weinland is an American folk-rock five-piece from Portland, OR in 2006. Based around Adam Shearer (born John Adam Weinland Shearer), the other early members were Aaron Pomerantz (dobro/mandolin) and Rory Brown (bass). For the first album, in 2006, Ian Lyles played drums and banjo. Then Paul Christensen (keyboards) joined.
