Ty Jeffries is a British composer, lyricist, pianist and singer. He is best known for his onstage persona of Miss Hope Springs. He is the son of British character actor, screenwriter and director Lionel Jeffries.
Composer, lyricist and entertainer Ty Jeffries started writing music since the age of just 5 on a piano left for safekeeping in the family potting shed. Although mainly self taught he went on to study music at The Purcell School in London.
Ty Jeffries is a versatile artist who creates piano pieces, musical comedy cabaret and songs influenced by jazz, classical and film music. He has worked with Elton John, Vangelis, Roald Dahl and many other celebrities and has performed in London, New York and Hollywood.
