Brad Rogers Carson (born March 11, 1967) is the 21st President of the University of Tulsa . Prior to his presidency, Carson was an American lawyer and politician from the state of Oklahoma. A member of the Democratic Party, he served in the United States House of Representatives from 2001 to 2005.
