She married Thomas Holland on 10 April 1364, in Arundel, Sussex, England, United Kingdom. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 6 daughters. She died on 17 March 1416, in Arundel, Sussex, England, at the age of 63, and was buried in Bourne, Lincolnshire, England, United Kingdom.
Following the death of her husband in 1397, Alice lived through tumultuous times, including the deposition of King Richard II and the execution of her eldest son, Thomas Holland, 3rd Earl of Kent, after the failed Epiphany Rising against Henry IV. Alice passed away on 17 March 1416 at the age of sixty-six.
