Michael McKevitt (Irish: Mícheál Mac Dhaibhéid) (4 September 1949 – 2 January 2021) was an Irish republican and paramilitary leader. He was the Provisional Irish Republican Army's Quartermaster General. Due to the Provisional IRA's involvement in the Northern Ireland peace process, he formed the Real IRA in protest.

The Co Louth native previously served 20 years in prison for directing terrorism and membership of an illegal organisation. He was released in 2016.
