Édouard Charles Philippe (French pronunciation: [edwaʁ ʃaʁl filip] ⓘ; born 28 November 1970) is a French politician serving as Mayor of Le Havre since 2020, previously holding the office from 2010 to 2017. He was Prime Minister of France from 15 May 2017 to 3 July 2020 under President Emmanuel Macron.
