Sep 30, 2013 · A.C. Lyles was a studio publicist, producer and historian who worked for Paramount for over 80 years. He started as a page boy in Florida and rose to produce Westerns, TV shows and documentaries, and was honored by the Boy Scouts and the Publicists Guild.
Lyles, who still maintained an office on the Paramount lot, died Friday night at his home in Bel-Air, said his wife, Martha Lyles. He was 95 and had been in declining health in the last year.
