The first zone -- if you enter via the architecturally gorgeous Sumner Avenue -- looks like a normal, if high-end city park. It features baseball diamonds, a hockey arena/ice skating rink, bocce courts, lawn bowling fields, tennis courts, and basketball courts. There's also a snack kiosk.
