ANOTHER superb, well-kept Reno park! Who knew Reno had so many green spaces?? Easy access to the river, an absolutely amazing rose garden and loads of recreational activities and facilities. Large enough you can spread out and get away from people.

Idlewild Park is a little green oasis in the desert. There’s a pond, a beautiful (free) rose garden, workout equipment, a pool, and several playgrounds - including probably the nicest one in town - for the little ones. One of the nicer places to get outside in Reno!
