Princess Adelheid-Marie of Anhalt-Dessau (German: Adelheid-Marie; French: Adélaïde-Marie) (25 December 1833 – 24 November 1916) was a Princess of Anhalt-Dessau and member of the House of Ascania. As the wife of Adolphe of Nassau, she was Duchess of Nassau from 1851 until 1866 and Grand Duchess of Luxembourg from 1890 until 1905.

When the Grand Duchess, described as a very intelligent and cultured woman, passed away in 1916, not only did the wife of the first Grand Duke disappear, but also the grandmother of the Luxembourg dynasty. Adelheid Marie is buried in the princely crypt of the Nassau family in Weilburg.
Adelheid Marie was the daughter of Friedrich August Prince of Anhalt-Dessau and Marie Luise Charlotte Princess of Hessen-Kassel. In 1851 she became the second wife of Grandduke Adolf I. of Luxemburg, thereby the last Duchess Nassau-Weilburg, and first Grand Duchess of Luxembourg.
