Archbishop Weber High School was a U.S. Roman Catholic all-boys' high school in northwest Chicago, Illinois. Founded in September 1890 as St. Stanislaus College by Rev. Vincent Barzyński, it was the first Polish secondary school in Chicago. It was within the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago.
Mar 2, 2022 · Weber High School was an all-boys school that started on Chicago’s North Side in a neighborhood populated with immigrants from Poland and Lithuania as St. Stanislaus’ College in 1890. The school grew and eventually included high school-age boys, beginning in 1899 as St. Stanislaus High School.
Oct 21, 2023 · Northwest Middle School, the current school occupying the old Weber High School, has provided enthusiastic support of our efforts to keep the memory of our school alive and well. We appreciate the friendship and cooperation of the staff and students of Northwest Middle School.
