Canarsie High School, which opened in 1964, is a defunct public high school in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Canarsie in New York City. Closed in 2011, the building currently operates as Canarsie Educational Campus , housing several smaller high schools.

Canarsie Educational Campus houses three schools, the High School for Medical Professions, the Urban Action Academy and the High School for Innovation in Advertising and Media. All three small schools opened in 2008 to replace the old Canarsie High School which graduated its last class in 2011 after years of poor performance.
The Brooklyn community of Canarsie became a black majority neighborhood only as recently as the late 1990s. Despite this fact, one ought not to overlook the deep-seated history and vital role of African Americans in shaping this region of Brooklyn for over three centuries.
