The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On is a dating reality television series created by Chris Coelen and produced by Kinetic Content [1] that premiered on Netflix on April 6, 2022. The show is hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey. The series has aired for two seasons.
- Lisa Horne and Brian Okoyein. As fans may remember, Lisa, 32, and Brian, 29, exited season 2 early following Lisa's discovery that she was pregnant in episode 3.
- James Morris and Ryann McCracken. James and Ryann, both 24, joined the show as high school sweethearts who had been dating for nine years. Ryann gave James the ultimatum because he wasn't sure about getting married, said he didn't believe in soulmates and she felt like he was taking her for granted.

- Alexis Maloney and Hunter Parr. If you don’t quite remember Alexis Maloney and Hunter Parr from Season 1 of the Netflix hit, we don’t blame you. The couple made an early exit from the show when, rather than choose someone from one of the other couples to enter into a trial marriage with, Hunter proposed to Alexis as the cameras rolled.
- Lauren Pounds and Nathan Ruggles. Another couple to make an early exit from The Ultimatum, Lauren Pounds and Nathan Ruggles also got engaged on the show—right after Hunter and Alexis, in fact.
- Madlyn Ballatori and Colby Kissinger. Madlyn Ballatori and Colby Kissinger surprised everyone when they decided to bypass their engagement entirely and get married immediately following the events of the show.
- Shanique Imari and Randall Griffin. Things weren't always looking up for Shanique Imari and Randall Griffin following their time on The Ultimatum. Though the pair got engaged on the final episode of the season, they split from each other after filming wrapped (perhaps because Shanique slept with her trial partner, Zay Wilson?!)
