Incredibly impressed with Rat Patrol. They were responsive, reasonable, and easy to work with. I had seen multiple positive reviews on Nextdoor about them about them. Just to be double check, I reached out to several companies on Yelp and I was getting double or triple the cost of Rat Patrol. The others felt like they were more of a scam.
