Big Brother 15 is the fifteenth season of the American reality television series Big Brother. The season premiered on June 26, 2013, broadcast on CBS and Slice in Canada, and ended with a 90-minute season finale on September 18, 2013, after 90 days of competition. Julie Chen returned as host.

15 is the fifteenth edition of the popular American reality show Big Brother. After 90 days, Andy Herren was crowned the winner over GinaMarie Zimmerman in a 7–2 vote.
The season was met with much controversy when many of the HouseGuests made racist, mysoginistic and homophobic remarks about other HouseGuests. The HouseGuests most often found portraying this hateful behavior were Aaryn Gries, Amanda Zuckerman, GinaMarie Zimmerman, and Spencer Clawson.
•Most Valuable Player (MVP): For the first three weeks (including the very first week, when America voted before the premiere), viewers voted for the Most Valuable Player, the player whom they thought was playing the best game. The MVP anonymously named the third nominee. The MVP's nominee was revealed every week right before the Power of Veto competition. The MVP could choose whether to reveal their status to the other HouseGuests or not. This arrangement lasted for the first three weeks. For the following three weeks, America acted as the MVP.
•Relations with a Past Houseguest: There were 16 all new HouseGuests. However, Elissa Slater is the sister of Rachel Reilly (Big Brother 12 HouseGuest and Big Brother 13 winner).
