Human Cargo plot. Four Honduran youths are found dead in a vegetable truck at the Canadian-American border crossing. Jerry Fisher, a refugee lawyer, is suddenly drawn into a claim by an Afghan refugee, forcing him to choose between his family, his job and his life.
