It was rebooted in 2000, for Italian television, with the Italian speaking Scalia returning as Bonetti.
Nick Bonetti is a New York cop who moves to California after shooting a girl. He teams up with a female partner and a talking dog in this short-lived show created by Donald P. Bellisario.
