Giri/Haji (Japanese: 義理/恥, 'Duty/Shame') is a British crime drama television series which premiered on BBC Two in the United Kingdom on 17 October 2019, and was released internationally on Netflix on 10 January 2020.
A Japanese detective searches for his brother, a Yakuza member accused of murder, in London. The series explores the themes of honour, family and loyalty in a thrilling and complex plot.
