A community is a social group whose members have something in common, such as a shared government, geographic location, culture, or heritage. Community can also refer to the physical location where such a group lives.
We assist people throughout the housing spectrum- from people dealing with housing insecurity to people interested in becoming a first-time homeowner. In our most recent fiscal year, our staff: Housed 1,230 individuals through Homeless to Housing across 16 counties in North Carolina.
Our network supports North Carolina’s communities through grants and scholarships, with a special focus on the state’s rural areas.
Concord is located northeast of Charlotte, the largest city in North Carolina. Concord is the second-largest city in the Charlotte Metropolitan Area. It is positioned about halfway between Charlotte and Salisbury.
