Despite the criticisms aimed at this revamp of the original Professionals TV series, it wasn't that bad at all. I think David Wickes Television made a cracking little series here that was well above average for its time (1998/99) as much of British television descended into the abyss of reality tv rubbish, wanna-be singing star bore-fests, real cops chasing after mentally deficient joyriders ...
