Follow the cases of Horace Rumpole, a portly and eccentric criminal law barrister, and his wife Hilda, who is always referred to as \"She Who Must Be Obey\". The series ran from 1978 to 1992 and starred Leo McKern, Jonathan Coy, Julian Curry and others.
