May 18, 2023 · XO, Kitty 's coming-of-age story -- refreshingly set in South Korea, with Korean American and South Korean stars -- isn't quite as endearing as To All the Boys I've Loved Before. But the series doesn't try to be more than it is: an American-made show with a K-drama vibe, sprinkled with a few lessons on growing up.
