Mo Dao Zu Shi (Chinese: 魔道祖师; pinyin: Módào Zǔshī; lit. 'Demonic Path Ancestral Master') is a Chinese donghua series based on the novel of the same name written by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu (Chinese: 墨香铜臭). It is produced by Tencent Penguin Pictures and B.C May Pictures.

Mo Dao Zu Shi is a donghua based on a popular web novel about Wei Wuxian, a cultivator who uses the demonic path to fight evil spirits and demons. The donghua follows his tragic past and present, as well as his relationships with his friends and enemies.
