A professor from an online university is found murdered in a suburb of Rome. The investigations focus on the university, and Inspector Terzani and Rex explore the variegated world of the online Faculty, which has bases in Rome, Novedrate and Messina.
After his handler is killed, police dog Rex teams up with recently-divorced inspector Richard Moser to investigate crimes and solve mysteries on the streets of Vienna. And they sometimes get help from their two-legged friend, Inspector Stockinger.
Season 1. Two men, one in Rome the other in Vienna, are killed, shot with the same weapon. Rex moved to Rome with Fabbri.
