Season 6 is the sixth and penultimate season of Fox's Malcolm in the Middle which ran from November 7, 2004 to May 15, 2005, for a total of twenty-two episodes.

•This is the only season to not have promotional images. Instead, for Malcolm press releases and DVD releases this season, they reuse images from the fifth season.
•The sixth season is that of Dewey, which is revealed throughout the episodes. Always so manipulative, he has no trouble using Reese, and he is discovered to have amazing abilities in music. Hal is in the midst of professional upheaval after his trial of the previous season, and Francis loses his job at the ranch after a serious fault, and becomes less and less present in the series.
•Bryan Cranston directed the episodes Buseys Run Away and Billboard.
•Starting with this season-- and the one that follows-- Chris Kennedy Masterson takes a diminished role in the series, only appearing in 6 of the 22 episodes. This is due to the fact of him wanting to take a behind-the-scenes role, writing and directing episodes and such.
Nov 6, 2004 · February 12, 2005. 22min. TV-PG. After Malcolm, Reese, and Dewey get caught defacing a billboard advertising a strip club, they try to escape Lois' wrath by staging an impromptu protest for women's rights and vowing to remain on the billboard platform forever.
