Career Days is the sixth episode of the first season and the 6th overall episode of This Is Us.
Kate interviews for a new job that seems perfect, but there's a catch; Randall has doubts about his career choice; and Kevin and Olivia's relationship takes a turn. In the past, Rebecca and Jack feel conflicted after Randall tests as a gifted child.
