    Guess What Happened on the Way to the Moon? is the third episode of Season 1 of I Dream of Jeannie, also the third overall episode of the series. Directed by Alan Rafkin, the episode, which was co-written by Tom Waldman and brother Frank Waldman, originally aired on NBC-TV on 2 October 1965.

    General Moore orders Roger and Tony to take a survivalist mission, which requires them to "rough it." Desert survival becomes luxurious when Jeannie follows and outfits him with food, shelter and transportation. Roger starts to question all the strange occurrences and begins thinking that he is having mirages.

    •Tony removes the stopper when he first asks Jeannie to get in her bottle; in the next shot it's in the bottle and he removes it again.
