Naomi and Nathan play against Annabelle and Jacob on the mini golf course. Naomi suddenly starts to have a strange feeling, but she chooses to ignore it.
The following morning, Naomi prepares a French style breakfast in honor of her parents' 20th anniversary. She recreated their favorite meal from their honeymoon in France. Jennifer and Greg are extremely appreciative, but tell Naomi that they're considering canceling the party due to recent events regarding Naomi and her alien nature. With all that's been going on, they simply want to be extra careful, but Naomi insists that she's fine and that they go through with the party. Greg concedes and allows the party to move forward. However, on her way out to school, Naomi overhears her parents discussing moving from Port Oswego.
Naomi informs Annabelle that she overheard her parents discussing possibly moving away, which Naomi admits might not be the worst idea. While she loves Port Oswego, leaving may be the only way to keep everyone else safe. Between the bounty hunter and Dr. Bell, it has become too dangerous, but Annabelle has faith in Naomi and believes that she can even take down a space warlord like Brutus. However, Naomi isn't so sure and fears that everyone around her may become a target.
Naomi continues her training with Dee, armed with a staff, but Zumbado doesn't seem impressed. Dee explains that mastering a weapon is about disciple and developing feel and trust in one's instincts. While her staff may be lethal for fighting humans, Zumbado tells her it won't help against Brutus. The only way she'll get better at controlling her powers is through using them. With more enemies likely on the way, Naomi needs more than simple weapons training, but Dee doesn't intend to change his approach. And so, Zumbado argues that it may be time for her to find a new teacher. Naomi appreciates them both looking out for her, but she agrees that Dee's training has been working. Zumbado falls back, but reminds them both of the impending danger.
Naomi returns home with Annabelle while her parents are out on their anniversary tour. She hears a noise coming from upstairs and goes to investigate, with Annabelle in tow, armed with an umbrella. She enters her room, which appears empty, but someone was clearly in it. It is then that she discovers that someone stole the disk that she kept hidden in a box under her bed.
Naomi and Annabelle work as helpers at the Claws and Effect animal clinic. While cleaning the animals, Naomi reveals that she didn't tell her parents about the missing disk, so as not to worry them. She also didn't tell Dee and Zumbado. They can't even agree on her training, and she fears what they would do if they found out. Naomi has decided to do this on her own, but Annabelle insists on helping her. As does Jacob, who overhears their conversation and suspects that they're talking about alien hunting and the explosion at S.T.A.R. Labs. Jacob believes that there were actual aliens at the lab and tells Naomi that it was believed they had technology to detect aliens. Jacob is working on a prototype himself. Naomi then gets a call and leaves to meet with Zumbado, leading Jacob to question if they're not friends with the used car dealer.
