A television news reporter is gang-raped. The defendants begin accusing each other. Stone and Robinette try to persuade the victim to testify even though she doesn't remember the details of the attack. Meanwhile, Logan and Greevey discover evidence that reveals a fourth suspect.

Charges are temporarily Due dismissed against three defendants when a victim's story has too many holes and the reinvestigation reveals a fourth possible assailant.
While preparing to a gang rape case against the notorious sensationalist journalist Monica Devries, Stone decides to temporarily dismiss the case since there are not enough evidences to prosecute the three perpetrators and Monica's testimony is flawed and contradictory.
