Feb 22, 2019 · The Springfield Museums announces the Dr. Seuss Birthday Celebration, Saturday, March 2, from 10 am to 5 pm. Jenny Powers, Springfield Museums Family Engagement Coordinator has been planning for this action- and activity-packed party since the day after last’s year’s record-breaking event.
Ted and Marnie walked to school together, played tennis in Forest Park near their home, and played dress up during the many birthday parties their mother held for them. Ted also had a younger sister, Henrietta, who was born in 1906. Sadly, Henrietta died of an illness when Ted was just four years old. 10am - 5pm. 11am - 5pm.
